CCK09 Openness of a society
Kosuke Takemura’s research interests include ‘Culture and Group Behaviour: Researches on cross-cultural differences in behaviour and psychological process in group situation’ and ‘Culture and Self: Researches on cross-cultural differences in self-concepts’. I feel that some of Takemura’s studies may provide novel insights into ‘Connectivism’ issues and debates. For example, Takemura et al’s (2008) article titled ‘the “Openness” of a society determines the relationship between self-esteem and subjective well-being (3): A secondary data analysis’ may be considered with regard to Connectivism.
